Naturally, we "read" the crowd for which music works and also play the music that you have picked. Combine that with your guest's requests, add some things that experience has taught us, and be prepared to have a great time!
Music is only one part of what we do when helping make your reception a success. We start by asking some general, yet important, questions on the back of our contract. We then meet with you in person, talk to you by phone, e-mail, fax, or whatever type of communication you prefer. This helps us understand how you want your reception to flow throughout the night.

The night of the reception we can take care of:
- Introducing You and Your wedding party.
- Announce the Cake Cutting.
- Introduce those giving the toast and provide a cordless microphone so they can be clearly heard.
- When you are ready we announce and play the songs that you have selected for the "Spotlight Dances" for the newlyweds, parents, wedding party, etc. During these dances, and throughout the night, we use our lights, fog, bubbles, etc. to help create the setting for an unforgettable night.
- We also help coordinate the right time to have traditional things, like the bouquet toss, garter toss, dollar dance, announce birthdays, and more. We do this to help keep things moving smoothly and without a hitch all night long.
We always keep in mind that you are the focal part of the night, not the lights or sound. While it is our job to entertain and play the right music at the right time, we will not take over and make it our party. We make every effort to follow your wishes throughout the night.
